The OPA's Conditional Offer is:
- Non-binding to you the contract holder, you are not committing yourself to installing a PV system.
- You may cancel your contract at any time - without penalty.
- Guarantees you the 2010 microFIT PV rate of $.802/kW hr for the 20 year term of the contract.
- Requires that your PV installation be connected to the grid within 12 months of receipt of your Conditional Offer in order to honour the 2010 rate.
- Is assignable/transferable to a new property owner in the event you sell your property.
