Your primary objective will be to navigate pre-qualified leads through the sales process to a successful close. We're looking for a self-motivated solar educator, able to develop a comprehensive sales proposal and network previous success into new business via referrals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills for both client interaction and internal discussions as you present your clients' needs to our project managers and engineers. Solar PV Installer

Your primary objective will be to install, test, and repair solar PV systems for homes and small businesses. We're looking for a reliable and self-motivated solar installer, able to conduct quality installs in a professional and safe manner. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read and understand electrical and structural drawings, have a working knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code and Building Codes, and excellent customer service and time management skills. Additionally, the solar installer must be comfortable with heights, able to lift a minimum of 50lbs., and able to work outdoors for extended periods of time. Previous renewable energy installation experience is an asset.
